LCSE was formed in December 2020 which manages a number of global sports, entertainment and lifestyle events, which has included the Volvo Ocean Race, ITU Triathlon World Cups staged in Cape Town and Abu Dhabi, Stellenbosch Wine Festivals, FIA World Rallycross Championship, Formula E Cape Town E-Prix and Cape Fest.
THE OCEAN RACE, CAPE TOWN 2023 UPDATE (10/2/23)
Live Company Sports and Entertainment (LCSE) have organized the Cape Town stopover and visitors are currently being welcomed ready to see the leading boats arrive in the city for their haul-out stop.
This Leg 2 of the Ocean Race will see the leading boats arrive on 13th February at the V & A Waterfront until the leg 3 departure on Sunday, February 26th when they set off for Itajai.
Ocean Live Park which showcases the race and the focusses on the protection and restoration of the seas opened on 8th February and will run until 26th February. The event also takes place at the Waterfront and includes fun interactive exhibits, family events, live entertainment, water sports and sailing.
FORMULA E, CAPE TOWN 2023 UPDATE (10/2/23)
Live Company Group Plc are pleased to provide an update on the Formula E Race which is due to take place in Cape Town in 15 days' time.
Whilst as previously notified no Title Sponsorship was obtained, smaller sponsorship agreements have now been signed with the following companies:
City of Cape Town, Western Cape Government, South African Tourism, Nissan, Uber, E-tv & Nedbank
Ticket Sales
Currently over 15,000 tickets so far have been sold from the potential total of 21 000 which is already 70 % of the tickets sold and the expectation is to sell out prior to the event on 25th February.
Furthermore, Corporate Hospitality has now been sold out with 3,400 VIP Guests and the Company will be hosting a 30-person suite in the track side lounge.
